After each use, wipe the dirt off with a soft cloth or brush and store the glove in a dry place at room temperature. Every so often use a damp cloth to apply a small amount of leather cleaner and wipe the entire glove with it. Remove the cleaner with another damp cloth and allow to air dry. The need for oiling can range from 1 time per week to 1 time per month, depending on the humidity where you live.

No, the shipping cost only covers the cost to ship the item to you. If any duty or import fees are needed, it will be buyer's responsibility.
No changes are allowed on custom orders. The production process will be started once you place your order, so it is not convertible. We suggest buyers double check on the orders are ready to be placed.
No refunds are allowed on any custom made glove. Your product will be either repaired or replaced if it's determined as defect. The determination of a defective product is considered independently according to each case by Pamtaw. There is a 1 year non transferable glove defect warranty on all custom glove orders.
